Student transportation forms are only needed for use to and from specific MSM events. Please consult with the director of your event, field trip or sport before using these forms.

Do MSM students have to fill out a physical form?

Each MSM student athlete is also required to fill out a physical form. Please print the physical form, complete both sides and return to MSM Assistant Athletic Director Leroy Cantrell. A student is not allowed to participate (practice or play) until this physical form is on file with the school.

What is username in email?

When logging in, your username is the portion of your email address before the @ symbol only. For example, if your email address is j.smith@email.msmary.edu, your username is j.smith.

What is the MSMC Association of Families?

Parents and family members of current MSMC students are all automatically members of the Association of Families. As a member, you will have many opportunities to engage with, provide and receive support, and contribute to this transformative community. You will be invited to many events on campus and around the region. You will receive e-newsletters to keep you up to date about happenings at the College. Parents are critical to the continued success of Mount Saint Mary College, and through volunteering together, we build a stronger and more vibrant MSMC community that enhances the educational experience of our students.
