How do I enroll a new child at MRA?

If you are a current MRA parent who wishes to enroll a new child at MRA, you may log in through My Back Pack with your current user ID and password. PLEASE NOTE: If you are interested in placing your child in our waiting pool, there is a $50.00 application fee.
