It is very important that we know of any conditions (diagnosed by physician) such as diabetes, asthma, allergies, seizures, or any other possible life-threatening conditions.
As a school nurse we do not diagnose children but treat them for acute concerns at that moment. If you have concerns please follow up with your child’s primary care provider. I have attached a guide on when your child should stay home from school and when they can return. Administration.
Dillman Elementary has a nurse on campus daily, however there may be days that the nurse is out. If this is true there is trained staff that can help your child. We ask that if your child is sick that you keep them home until they are well or you have seen a doctor and you have a return note.
