What is myed and how do I login?

MyEd, the University's web portal, is available to applicants, students, staff, visitors and alumni. You can login to MyEd using your University Login. MyEd is currently unavailable - we apologise for any inconvenience.

What is MyMy Ed?

My Ed has lots more powerful tools within it, to make your life easier and help you as a parent ensure that your child receives the best education possible. My Ed allows your child’s school to send you messages direct to your mobile.

How do I get a parent report card?

Report Cards are posted electronically by PDF in the Parent portal. Parents will need to set up an account to use the Reporting Parent Portal. Please click on the links below to access instructions, tips, and resources.

How can my Ed help me as a parent?

How do I log into MyEdBC?

You can log on to MyEdBC Family Portal from any computer that connects to the internet.Find the MyEdBC link at our website. ( www.sd35.bc.ca)Enter your login ID and Password.The first time you log on, you will be prompted to change your password.

What is MyEdBC?

MyEducation BC (MyEdBC) is the Information System used by the Ministry of Education in Langley School District and in most school districts in the province. The MyEdBC Family/Student Portal is another way in which students and their parents/guardians can access information about their educational programs. (

Why is my MyEdBC account disabled?

Accounts are disabled after 5 invalid log in attempts. If you forget your password after it has been created, select the “I forgot my password” on the log in screen. This will prompt you for the answer to the security question you created in order to reset your password.

Why is my Aspen account disabled?

To protect your account from someone attempting access by trying random passwords, when the wrong password is entered 5 times, your account will be disabled. Should you get locked out, you can unlock the account by successfully completing the “Forgot my password” wizard on the main login page.

How many absences are allowed in a school year in BC?

After three (3) unexcused absences within any month of the current school year, a conference will be held between the principal, student and parent to analyze the causes of the student's absenteeism.

How do I choose a course in Myedbc?

You can scroll through the courses by using the drop down list or “<” and “>” buttons. Select the courses you want by clicking on the box in the select column. When you have selected all of your courses, click “ok”.

How do I reset my ED BC?

To reset a student password, go to School View > School top tab > Setup side tab > Options > Password Reset: Click the drop-down arrow to change the value for “Staff” from Yes to No.

What is MYED username?

Your username will be your universal username (UUN) that you use to login to other services such as email. For students, your UUN is always your matriculation number prefixed by the letter "s" e.g. s0912345.

How do I activate my Aspen account?

By default, self-serve account creation is disabled in Aspen....To enable or disable student or family account creation:Log on to the District view.Select District > Setup > Preferences.Click the Category drop-down to select Security. The security preferences page appears.

What is the password for Aspen?

Grades K - 5 - if this is the first time you are logging in, your default password is the students birthday in the format YYYYMMDD. If you have logged in prior, then use your ​existing password. receive a message that your password has expired. Click OK to create a new password.
