Only custodial parents and legal guardians can set up a Parent Portal account. To set up a Parent Portal account, visit nhaparentportal.com or download the NHA Parent Portal mobile app, then click Create an Account. If you have questions, please contact your school's registrar.

Should schools use the Parent Portal instead of the app?

Somehow checking the parent portal online works better than the app during the down time. It would also be nice to able to report absence through the app like other districts so we don’t have to call the school in the middle of trying to figure out our day.

How do I update my email address in the parent portal?

To update your email address, log in to your Parent Portal account with your current log in information. Then, click on the gear icon at the bottom of your portal. This will open your settings where you can update your email address. Once you have updated your information, you can now log in with the updated email address.

To create a Parent Portal account, go to your school's website or use our School Finder to locate your school website. On your school website, click on the "Parent Portal" link in the top right corner. Then click on “create an account” and follow the steps.

To access the form, go to the school website and click on the “Beyond the Classroom” tab. Under the tab, click on “Volunteer.”. On the Volunteer page you will find a link to the Community Volunteer Form.

Where are my child's forms?

Forms are located in the Parent Portal. To fill out your child's forms, log in to the Parent Portal. After you have logged in, click on your child. Then, click on the Forms tab at the bottom of the page.

Who is the primary caretaker of a minor?

A legal guardian acts as the primary caretaker of a child or minor. This person may be personally selected by the child's biological parents or appointed by the court. My child's grandparent would like to volunteer at the school.

Can I download Parent Portal?

Yes. You can download our app by going to the Apple App Store or Google Play . Instructions can also be found here. When I log in to my Parent Portal account, I can't see my child.

Nice app but

The app does make our lives easier as busy parents and work just fine except when teachers add the grades. Some grades you get notifications for and some not. When the teachers uploads the grades the app tends to freeze for few hours before you can view the grades again.

Very helpful but

It would be nice if it would save my login information like the website does.
