How do I set up an account with my SRU student?

Your SRU student must give you access as a Proxy to set up the initial account. The assigned Proxy will be able to view student information such as mid-term grades; final grades; student class schedule; student account information; financial aid information.

How does a proxy create an account in mysru?

Once the student has identified intended Proxy in MySRU, the Proxy may then create an account. To access complete step-by-step directions: click here. Once the accounts have been created by the student and the parent (s) and/or guardian (proxy), click here to access your students account information anytime.

How do I Register my child on the family access portal?

- The registration process requires the student's N number. NOT the student's PIN number. When entering the student's N number, do not enter the N or leading zero's. For instructions on registering as a new user on the Family Access portal (click here). For further information, contact your child's school.

How do I sign in as a returning parent/guardian/student?

- If you are a returning parent/guardian/student and had portal access last year, please try to sign in using your user name and password from last year. - If you are a parent/guardian and already have a sign on to Family Access and need to add a second student - sign into Family Access using your existing user name and password.

Is the Aebersold Student Recreation Center free?

The Aebersold Student Recreation Center (The ARC) is available and FREE for family members after the move-in has occurred. Youth under 16 must be accompanied by a parent. The pool, climbing wall and all courts are available for use.
