If you are new to this site, visit the Create a Logon page. Note: Individuals who have access to Wisconsin DCF’s Child Care Provider Portal should use the same username and password to login in here; there is no need to create another logon. For problems logging in or to update your user profile/password, visit the Account Management site.
You (parents) can log in to the Parent Portal using your ACCESS account user ID and password . The Parent Portal is updated immediately when changes are made to an authorization, so your information is always current. Confirm the correct provider and location is listed.

Students are not required to live on campus at UW–Madison but over 90 percent of our freshmen do. There are 21 residence halls on campus and a variety of off-campus housing options throughout the area.
Each also requires a FAFSA, which cannot be completed by a DACA or undocumented student. However, there are a number of smaller scholarships available for which students may apply that do not require FAFSA eligibility.
You may request access to review and inspect your education records. To do so, a student must write to the University official (i.e., registrar, dean, department chair, or other appropriate University person/office) responsible for the records.
If UW–Madison still decides not to amend the record, you may place a written statement in the record about your view of the contested information. More information is available in the campus FERPA hearing policy.
The written request must indicate the records the student wishes to inspect. The University official will make arrangements for access and notify the student of the time and place where the records may be inspected. If the records are not maintained by the official to whom the request was submitted, that official shall advise the student ...
Generally, UW–Madison must have your permission to release information from your education record. However, FERPA allows UW–Madison to disclose those records, without consent, to the following parties or under the following conditions:
