How do I Register my child on the family access portal?

- The registration process requires the student's N number. NOT the student's PIN number. When entering the student's N number, do not enter the N or leading zero's. For instructions on registering as a new user on the Family Access portal (click here). For further information, contact your child's school.

What if I am unable to create a Parent Portal account?

How do students access the PowerSchool portal?

District high school students also have access to the PowerSchool Portal and will receive an email to their rcsd121.org Gmail account with their username and password. An approval is required from our legal department for non-parent/guardian accounts. Please note the school must have you listed as a contact prior to your request.

How do I sign in as a returning parent/guardian/student?

- If you are a returning parent/guardian/student and had portal access last year, please try to sign in using your user name and password from last year. - If you are a parent/guardian and already have a sign on to Family Access and need to add a second student - sign into Family Access using your existing user name and password.

How to access ParentVue?

Please note the following: 1 ParentVUE can be accessed by clicking the icons above, or by using this link: https://rcsvue.rochester.k12.mi.us 2 Each parent/guardian of record will receive a ParentVUE activation letter via email. This letter will guide you through accessing and setting up ParentVUE. 3 New families to the district with students who begin in the fall will receive their activation letters in August. 4 You may update your phone and e-mail information in ParentVUE by clicking on the "My Account" tab. 5 Schedules, bus, lunch, and teacher information will be available in late August. 6 ParentVUE Support email: rcsvuehelp@rochester.k12.mi.us

How to activate ABCD123?

Activation Code: ABCD123. Choose a user ID, password, and enter your email address. Click on the My Account tab and verify your primary e-mail address and primary phone number. You can update the information if necessary. Be sure to check only ONE primary phone number and click on Update Account.

A pink form was sent home with each student. Completing this survey will benefit the students by providing additional funds to assist with student resources, building improvements, and technology upgrades. Thank you!
