Online Student Registration Information
For the convenience of our communities, Online Student Registration is now available.
Birth Certificate
When the school offices reopen, you will be required to show your child’s original Birth Certificate. If the original Birth Certificate is not submitted upon the day of registration, the original must be submitted within 30 days.
Immunization Records
When the school offices reopen, you will be required to bring in your child’s immunization to comply with Arizona State Law. Please visit the Health Services Department for more information.
Legal Guardianship or Custody Papers
Documentation from Superior Court of Arizona showing the pending court date for Guardianship hearing. Final papers must be provided within a week of the hearing date.
Special Education
Contact the school if you have a current copy of the IEP and current psychological report for your child.
504 Accommodation Plan
Contact the school if you have a current copy of the 504 Accommodation for your child.

Lunch Accounts
Sign up is free to view lunch money balance online. Choose to make payments online for a small processing fee or send check/cash to school for no processing fee. You also can see when and what they are selecting to spend the funds on.
Tax Credit Contribution Form
Print this form, or donate online, to make a tax credit donation to the school, grade, teacher, and/or club of your choice. Thank you for supporting extra-curricular learning activities at our schools.
