How do I get access to the NEISD family portal?

If you have a student enrolled in NEISD then you already have a family access account. Look for your invitation to the portal in the coming days. Your invitation email will contain your account information and login information along with the link to the website.

How do I contact the NEISD help desk?

Please check the status (above) for any announcements regarding the current status of Skyward. Please contact the NEISD Help Desk at (210) 356-4357 to speak with a technician directly as the Help Desk is not able to send password information through email or in response to a submitted Help Desk ticket!

How do I register as a new parent/guardian?

Please refer to the Online Registration & Document Upload Instructions for Parents for a step-by-step guidance on how to register and upload your documents. How long does it take?

Register anytime online. You don’t have to fill out all the forms in one sitting. You can start, stop and restart filling out forms over a few days.

What information do I need?

You will need an email address to create a parent profile. If you don’t have one you can get a free email account from Microsoft or Google (just to name a few providers).
