Welcome to the Norwalk Community School District where our mission is to grow learners and leaders! Norwalk School District provides online registration for families new to the District as well as online registration for current families. Online registration for the 2022-23 school year will begin in May for all students PK-12th grade.
Norwalk Public Schools is pleased to partner with the Human Services Council to open the NPS Family Center. The NPS Family Center is centrally located in the Human Services Council building at 1 Park Street in Norwalk, near the historic Norwalk Green and convenient to city bus lines.
The Human Services Council operates the Robert E. Appleby School-Based Health Centers in Norwalk’s high schools and in three middle schools, providing free medical and behavioral healthcare for students. HSC also manages the Norwalk Mentor program, which matches students with adult volunteer mentors.

Norwalk Community College offers all parents and prospective students an opportunity to tour the college throughout the semester. Visitors will be guided around both the West and East campuses, while learning about the numerous programs and services available at NCC.
NCC wants to help ensure your success by providing a course of study that will fulfill your unique goals and objectives. In order to achieve our goal of helping you attain your objectives, we require that all entering students who do not have previous transfer credits or NCC credits in English and/or mathematics take a placement test.
Each semester, you should make an appointment with your academic advisor. Where you go for advising will depend on your major.
