With the login credentials, the parent/guardian is ready to access the OnCourse Connect portal! For parents/guardians with multiple students, each account will allow parent/guardian access to each of their students' information on the portal.

The OnCourse Connect app provides convenient mobile access to the OnCourse Connect student portal on your phone or tablet. Students, parents and guardians can easily view grades, assignments, attendance, class schedules, school fees, student calendars and more.
To see both course grades and grades on individual items: Near the top, click All Grades. You will see a list of your students; for each student, you will see a grade value for each item in the Gradebook. The course grade is only shown as a percentage in this view and is based on the items that have been completed.
a 4.0The unweighted GPA scale is the most commonly used GPA scale. It's found in high schools and colleges alike and is very straightforward. Essentially, the highest GPA you can earn is a 4.0, which indicates an A average in all of your classes.
Students earn no points for an E, or grades of EN or NEN (which indicate students stopped attending the class), but the hours for these marks are calculated into the cumulative grade point average. Points are not awarded for the following marks: EM. Examination Credit. I*
If your GPA is above a 2.0 and you are on academic probation, you are eligible to take a course Pass/No Pass. You are ineligible to take courses PA/NP if your GPA is below a 2.0. If you are new to Ohio State and haven't yet established a GPA, you may take courses PA/NP.
