Some concepts are not taught to the student before he or she is absent. If your student is sick, and you want to pick up his or her make-up work, the teacher will have that available to you the DAY AFTER the student is absent.

Students are not permitted on school grounds earlier than 10 minutes prior (7:50 a.m.) to the first bell. Walk-in students should also plan on arriving between 7:50 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. at the front of the building. Bussed students enter through the back (north side) of the building. Parents and daycare providers…DO NOT leave children unattended.

Your child will be seen in the health office if ill or injured at school. The health aide, or office staff, will determine if your child needs to go home for illness or injury. If your child needs to go home, you will be contacted as soon as possible. The school does not have a way to keep ill children for long periods of time.
