How to get APS username and password?

To obtain your username and password before July 16, 2020, please contact the APS Help Desk at 303-340-0520. After July 16, please contact your child's school. Login to the Campus Parent Portal and type in your username and password provided by your child's school.

What is APS online?

The APS Online Student Check-In System is available to families with students who are already registered in APS who need to check in for the current or upcoming school year. All students learning in-person, using the flex model or learning fully remote from home must be checked in.

Where is the Student Checkin System?

Once you are at the Parent Portal Dashboard, please click on More in the lower left corner of the screen and then click Student CheckIn System in the Quick Links section that appears on the top right of the screen.
