2021-22 reentry plan to be finalized in coming weeks. The reentry plan for the 2021-22 school year has not been finalized. We are in the process of updating the plan based on local and state mandates, including that masks are optional for students and employees, whether indoors or outdoors on all district campuses.
Getting a grasp of basic water safety and skills early on is very important. Introducing these much needed skills when kids are young helps them feel comfortable in the water when they’re older.
Kids 3 and up who already have experience in the water can take group lessons, which teach water safety, stroke technique, and basic survival skills. Private lessons are also available for those needing additional one on one time.
Miller Swim School offers adult classes, for those that are 15 years old or older. There are no previous skills required for this course, and each student is grouped by their ability or person goal. You’re never too old to learn this life saving skill.
Miller Swim School offers two Swim Teams that anyone 6 years and older can join. Swimmers that are ready to take their swimming skills to the next level can join the Club Swim Team.
Miller Swim School was established in 1960 by Larry and Rita Miller in order to teach students to respect and enjoy the water, and to be safe, happy, successful swimmers.
