How does the myeducation parent portal work?

The MyEducation parent portal will allow access to see report cards and other information for your child (ren). Each parent or guardian will their own separate account, provided we have an individual email address on file for you. If your email addresses are the same, only one account will be created for your family.

How do I enroll in the hospital patient portal?

During your hospital stay or outpatient visit, the hospital will provide you with the information you will need to enroll on the Portal. To access the “Your Health” Hospital Patient Portal log on to the Brooks or TLC homepage. Look for the “Your Health” icon link at the top of the page and click on it to access the Portal.

Can a patient's portal password be copied?

Portal passwords are encrypted and URLs are re-written so that they cannot be copied and pasted. Each patient creates their own “new” password. You are the only one who can access your “My Health” Hospital Patient Portal information.

Is Safari compatible with Patient Portal?

Safari is no longer compatible with the Patient Portal. Please make sure that if using Internet Explorer, you are on version 11 or greater. Users also should have Adobe Reader installed on your computer to accurately display your patient information. Thank you.
