Through the PowerSchool Parent Portal, parents have online access to student information such as grades, attendance, and assignments. Parents can also set preferences in the Parent Portal to have automated emails sent to them at varying intervals for their students’ assignments, attendance and grades. Each student should receive a parent portal letter (either sent home in a school folder or mailed home). The letter contains a unique parent portal ID for their child along with specific directions for registering.
The portal ID must be entered into the tx Connect parent portal account by the user in order to see any student information. Any account that connects the portal ID can see the student's grades, attendance, shot records and discipline referrals.
