Without these additional resources on campus, Columbia College would fail at the mission. Encouraging your student to utilize these resources will be key for their success.
The Parent & Family Advisory Council consists of family members of full-time undergraduate students who are in good standing at Columbia College. It is our intention to select family members who represent our diverse student population.
Volunteers will share their ideas to assist the Columbia College Activities Board and Office of Student Activities with planning these events. In addition, volunteers assist with registration and set-up needs on the day of these events.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) also regulates our interactions with students and families.
Contact and Emergency Information. The University will not permit the release of a student’s educational records without the written consent of the student, as mandated by FERPA, except in certain situations, such as when requested through judicial order or in connection with an emergency.
The student account statement, known as the E-Bill, is accessible online to Authorized Payers through the secure E-Billing website. The University does not mail paper bills and strongly prefers that payments be made online.
The Missouri Society of Health and Physical Educators (MOSHAPE) is pleased to announce a Columbia Public Schools teacher, Ryan Armstrong, has been named as the nine-state Central District Elementary School Physical Education Teacher of the Year for 2022.
Chad Bass was recently selected to receive the 2019 Missourian Progress in Education award for building relationships and individual learning.
