How do families new to Crestwood register for the portal?

Families new to Crestwood during the school year will be issued information at the entry interview and will be able to register for the portal as soon as their child is entered onto our system.

What is the student and Parent Portal?

The ‘Student and Parent Portal' is a web based application where both students and parents are able to login with their own credentials and access confidential student information. A large amount of information is stored electronically in schools, including timetables and a calendar of the events that occur in the school during the year.

How do I contact the Crestwood Intermediate School Giving Tree?

Please call Mrs. Sweet, 330-357-8205, if you have any questions. CHS 7-12 Giving Tree Sign-up: Gifts need to be returned by December 10th. Two Crestwood Intermediate School teachers recently presented at the Ohio Middle Level Association (OMLA) annual conference in Columbus, OH.

Enrollment Invitation – Crestwood Medical Center will send a text and / or email to the email address and / or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.
