How do I create an account?

We have a created a document that will walk you through the steps of creating an account. You will need an email address and the letter provided by your child's school that lists the Access ID and Access Password. See the Creating a Parent Portal Account document for more instructions.

What can I view through Parent Portal?

Parent Portal provides a glimpse of your child's attendance, grades, assignments and more.

Can I see all my children with just one account?

Yes, Parent Portal will ask for an Access ID and Access Password for each child when you create your account. If you do not have the information for each child when you set up your account, you can add them later through account preferences. See the Navigate Parent Portal section above.

Will I be able to see discipline records through Parent Portal?

No, Parent Portal will not have that capability. Please visit your child's school for this information.

What if I need to change my password or username?

You can change your username and password through account preferences in Parent Portal. If you are unable to login due to forgetting your username or password, you can use the "Forgot Username or Password?" link on the sign in page. Please contact your child's school if you are unable to access your account.

When can I expect grades to be updated by the teacher?

By midnight on every Tuesday teachers should have all graded materials (test, assignments, and projects) from the previous week recorded and available for parents to view through Parent Portal.

Can I get notifications of changes to my child's grades and attendance?
