What is the parent portal and how does it work?

Aeries parent portal provides parents the opportunity to monitor all their student's data and school progress during the school year. Similar to our previous program, School-loop, parents can track their student's attendance, grades, discipline but can also update contact information, emergency or medical information, and address changes.

What can the Genesis Parent Portal do for me?

This portal can provide parents/guardians with information about student grades, attendance, required forms and other related information. All families receive a Genesis Parent Access Account when their child is first registered with our district.

How do I switch students in my FHSD campus parent account?

If you have more than one child attending FHSD schools, your Campus Parent account will have access to all students in your family. Once logged in, parents can switch between students by selecting the arrow next to the photo of the current student. A drop down menu will appear with a list of available students.

Who is eligible to have a Campus Parent account? Parents of current students are eligible to activate a Campus Parent Portal account, after agreeing to the terms and conditions of use.

Do you need an activation key to access Campus Parent?

The Activation Key is only needed the first time users access the portal. After that, the activation key will not work and the username that was created should be used to log into the Campus Parent account.

Aeries parent portal has replaced School-loop, the previous student monitoring database system. This new system will improve the school-to-home communication. Already have a parent portal account for a different Twin Rivers USD student? Simply add your Foothill HS student to the same parent portal account!

What is parent square?

Parent Square is the new communication feature to communicate with teachers and staff. This app is only required for mobile devices and uses the same log-in information as school-loop. If using the Aeries Portal web version, the communication is already built into the website.
