Once parents have created their Parent Portal account online, the same username and password will allow access to student grades and attendance using the mobile app. During the mobile app setup, you will be required to provide a District Code. The district code for Cecil County Public Schools is MWFX.

Using the APS Campus Parent Portal, you can see academic information about your child, including contact information, attendance, grades and class schedules. You can also view fees and transcript information if your child attends middle school or high school.
To access grades in the Portal click on the “View Complete Record” link under the student's name, this will take you to the student record. Once in the student record scroll down until you see a list of tabs. Click on the “Gradebook” tab to view grades.

Final Exam for Semester 1E1 represents Final Exam for Semester 1. Q1, Q2, etc represent individual marking period grades that fall within the semesters.
