Parent Portal is the student information platform used by Portsmouth Public Schools to keep parents and families engaged in their child’s academic performance and progress. Through Parent Portal, families have the ability to see real-time grade information, attendance data as well as upcoming/current assignments.
Campus Portal is our tool for parents and students to access instant, online, timely and secure student information: class schedule, assignments, attendance, discipline, course registrations for next year, report cards and transcripts.
Like all PPS software, Parent Portal is governed by the PPS Acceptable Use Policy in the Student Code of Conduct . Any abuse/misuse of this system will result in revoking access to the portal. By creating your Parent Portal account, you are acknowledging your agreement with all terms in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Parents of current students are eligible to activate a Parent Portal account, after agreeing to the terms and conditions of use. How much does the Campus Portal cost? Nothing. It is a free service to parents, and actually saves the district money by reducing paperwork and labor costs.
Workshops to help parents understand the needs of their children and participate in the special education process and for teachers so they can be better partners with parents.
The PRIC also offers free monthly informational training sessions. During each informative training session, other helpful resources are made available to all parents, educators and supporting staff members in attendance. Parents, educators, and supporting staff members are encouraged to attend these informational training sessions. If you are not able to attend, you may schedule an individual consultation with the Parent Resource Specialist.
