What is the PowerSchool Parent Portal?

Welcome to Pasco School District's PowerSchool Parent Portal. The Parent Portal is the primary source of information for your child's school activity. View attendance, assignment, grade and schedule information, as well as pay school fees, load money onto lunch accounts and update emergency contact information.

How do I create a Parent Portal account?

In order to create a new Parent Portal account, you will need an Access ID and Access Password for each of your students, which can be provided to you by your school's front office. Visit our PowerSchool page to learn more and to create your new account!

How do I update the contact information on Parent Portal?

Go to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store to download. Parents have the ability to log into their Parent Portal account and click the Year Round Update link to review and make changes to their contact information. If you don’t already have a ParentPortal account you will have to create one.

Where can I find more information about PowerSchool and PowerSchool?

UPDATE - Monday, Feb. 8: Lockout Lifted

In collaboration with the Pasco Police Department, the lockout at all Pasco schools and facilities has been lifted. School will be released on time.

Elementary and Middle School students will pick up their laptop at their school. Schools will be communicating the schedule for pick-up. PSD uses Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, available both online and offline.

What is the parent portal?

All parents have access to Parent Portal to view your child’s attendance history, schedule, grades, manage notifications, and allow you to edit directory information such as email addresses. In order to set up your account and access the Parent Portal for the first time, you will need the Parent Portal letter from your child's school.

High School Grade Improvement Requests
