What is the Home Base Parent Portal?This portal allows parents access to student attendance, grades and assignments. The Roanoke Rapids Graded School District will begin providing access to parents based on individual school implementation plans. Our district goal is to provide access to all RRGSD parents.
You will need to supply your Roanoke College student's date of birth and last four digits of their social security number to have your User ID and/or Password re-issued.
Security and privacyIn order to maintain full compliance with the U.S. Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), all Parent Portal users are required to access the Home Base Parent Portal using their own account. Access codes will only be given to parents/guardians of RRGSD students.
If you have been granted access and can't remember your User ID and/or Password, please call the Roanoke College Helpdesk at 540-375-2225 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
All Roanoke College students have the ability to provide online authorization (s) for third-parties (parents, other) to access their academic information through Self Service using Person Proxy. If your student has granted you permission, you should have received an email that included your User ID and Password.
Online enrollment and data verification is available for new and returning students in grades KG – 12. If you have more than one new or returning student to register with RCPS, you must complete registration information for all your students prior to clicking the Submit button.
ParentVUE provides access to information about your children's classwork, attendance, and grades.
As it is with any historic institution, Roanoke College's past is tied to its present and future. Thanks to this new and immersive virtual tour, it's easier than ever to learn about the history and culture of the College.
