If this is your FIRST time applying to SFUSD, you do not need a ParentVUE account and may create a new account by going to sfusd.edu/onlineapp. Otherwise, please email your student's ID# or their school, date of birth, and address to familylink@sfusd.edu.
If one (or all) of your students is already attending an SFUSD school and would like to stay in your school next year, you do not need to apply. Click "Application Not Needed" next to the name of the student you do not need to apply for. Click: "Fill out Application" if you are applying for a student.
Click San Francisco Unified School District. It will ask you to verify, click Yes. Log in if you have already activated your account or click Create an Account to activate. For more information on mobile apps, you may also refer to our guide: If you do not have an activation key, you may request an account activation by following the steps below:
If you are using the ParentVUE mobile app, click "Online Forms" and this will open your device's web browser. ParentVUE web browser Choose 2022-2023 Application for Next School Year in the dropdown menu and click "Start New Form".
ParentVUE is available in six languages: Arabic, Chinese, English, Spanish, Tagalog, and Vietnamese. You may change the language to your preferred language. If using the ParentVUE mobile app, click "Current Language" and select your preferred language before logging in.
Once you activate your account, you can use that log in throughout your student's SFUSD schooling. No need to activate each year.
One account gives you access to all of your students in SFUSD. Activate today: sfusd.edu/activate.
