What is the synergy student information system?
This single system replaces both our prior Student Information System (ARMS/TRS) as well as School Loop, which was our online grade book/portal for students. Synergy provides student information access through online web portals as well as mobile apps which are titled "ParentVue" (parents) and StudentVUE (students).
Why have we partnered with Synergy education?
In our effort to continue promoting and supporting student and educator success, we've partnered with Synergy Education. Synergy's secure mobile app and parent portal, ParentVUE, provides information about your student’s progress including class grades, attendance, and assessments.
How does synergy work?
With Synergy, Parents/Guardians will use a single sign-on username/password of their choosing to access all of their children’s information, regardless of school, throughout the entire district. Students will simply log in to the system utilizing their school-provided Google email account and password.
How do I login to the parent portal?
To begin using the Parent Portal, create an account using the 'Create Account' link which can be found on the upper left side of this page. To return after creating an account, use the 'Login' link which can also be found on the upper left side of this page.
Is Synergy the same as StudentVUE?
What is the difference between Synergy, Gradebook for All, ParentVUE, and StudentVUE? Synergy and Gradebook for All are the same thing. It is called “Synergy Gradebook” on their website. ParentVUE is the the parent portal that helps families to stay informed about their student's progress.

ParentVUE is an online portal that allows parents and guardians to access real-time information related to their students. Parents or guardians can easily view all of their student's calendars, attendance, schedules, grade book, report card, school information, emergency contacts, and other information with one login.
What is my ParentVUE username?
If you do not know your ParentVUE username, you may enter the primary email address the school has on record for you. The password reset email will only be sent if the email you entered exactly matches the email on record. A confirmation message will appear. Click on the link that says Click to return to Login.
How do I remove my child from ParentVUE?
ParentVUE allows a parent to edit student phone numbers and emergency contacts on the Student Information Tab. Select Edit Information in the upper left hand corner and you may remove, add, or make corrections. The change will not be visible immediately.
