What system does Troy School District use?

The Troy School District uses PowerSchool, a Student Information System (SIS). Our SIS allows staff, students and parents access to student scheduling, attendance, emergency/medical and health management, registration, and more.

What is Parent Portal?

Parent Portal is a online tool created for you to monitor your child’s academic progress and attendance record, each six weeks. The Parent Portal Mobile site is now available for you to monitor your child directly from your mobile device.

Why is my child's schedule listed incorrectly in the portal?

My child's schedule is listed incorrectly in the portal. If your child recently moved from one building to another during the school year, the parent account may not update as quickly as the child's account. Please contact your school's Technology Chairperson or email pssupport@troy.k12.mi.us

When is the Troy ISD school health advisory council meeting?

Can a parent's account update if a child moves?

If your child recently moved from one building to another during the school year, the parent account may not update as quickly as the child's account. Please contact your school's Technology Chairperson or email pssupport@troy.k12.mi.us

Can you call TSD on PowerSchool?
