Through ParentSquare the division and individual schools can send families alerts and information via email, text, phone alerts, and app notifications. ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent/guardian, using the email address and phone number on file with their child’s school.

With ParentSquare for iOS, parents can easily connect with teachers and staff at their children’s school from their iOS device. Please fill the form below to send a request to your school to add you to ParentSquare. Please provide your email and/ or cell phone number. ParentSquare notifications can be received either via email or text.
If using the website ( www.parentsquare.com ), parents/guardians must click ‘Sign In’, and then under the Sign Up section, enter the email or phone number that they have on file with their child’s school and click Go. ParentSquare will send a link to use to finish the account set up.
Login to ParentSquare using a browser on your computer, tablet or phone. Click on your name in the top right corner on ParentSquare and select 'View Account. '

A: Yes, once the feature is enabled, and teachers start to use the platform, parents and guardians can contact their child's teacher privately by using the direct messaging tool. On the home page, click on "Messaging" in the left sidebar.
To start a group, click on 'Groups' menu at the top and then click 'Create a Group' button. Name the group, choose 'private' access, select students to add to the group and click 'Save'.
Delete the user from ParentSquare (Visit user account page and then click “Delete” Remove the user's contact information in the SIS. For schools that sync their data with ParentSquare, deletions must be made in their SIS.

If the email or phone number is not recognized by ParentSquare, parents/guardians should call their child’s school office and ask for them to update their contact information. Changes will then be reflected in ParentSquare the following day.
Parents/guardians do not need to activate a ParentSquare account in order to receive division and school phone calls and email messages. However, parents need to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified, as well as use other features.
