How to grant access to Bates account?

To grant access, go to the Garnet Gateway and click on the Authorize Account Access under the Account & Access menu. From here, you can select who should have access to your information and the types of information that you’d like that person to be able to view. Once you submit your selections, Bates will create a unique user ID and PIN that you will need to share with your authorized user.
