Meals, foods and beverages sold or served at schools meet state and federal requirements based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines. All meals, foods and beverages are prepared and served by qualified child nutrition professionals.
Parents may also participate in their child's education by attending school activities such as parent conferences, parent education events, Back-to-School Night, and Open House. Parents of middle school and high school students may obtain information regarding their student via Parent Portal.
School Site Council (SSC): Every elementary, middle, high, and adult school has a School Site Council. SSCs are comprised of parents, teachers, principals, and others.
