What is it like to go to Pengu swim school?

All of the coaches are kind to parents and students. My children were there all summer in Pengu Swim School and it was wonderful, making up classes is very easy, the guys at the reception always want to help you, the instructors are very good, we leave wanting to return. Thank you Pengu Swim School. Fun for kids and convenient for parents to view.

What is the curriculum like at Pengu?

Our curriculum is fun and engaging for both kids and parents! Through songs, games, and other hands-on, age-appropriate activities, children fully engage the mind and body in our heated swimming pools. Furthermore, at Pengu, we have detailed customized, gentle, and caring local swimming lessons, to cater to individual needs of children.

How do I withdraw my child from Pengu?

To withdraw from classes you must give a (30) day written notice on the PENGU Withdrawal Form. The most important reason your child should learn to swim is SAFETY. Our swim programs are all about water acclimation, comfort, and safety. Swimming is a life skill that allows students to learn necessary lifesaving skills.

What is your experience at Pengu swim school in Katy?

I have been taking my daughter at Pengu Swim School in Katy for last one year. We have had a wonderful experience at the facility. My daughter is always excited to go to the school. The staff is good and the facility is well kept, clean and equipped with kids toys and books.

How much is the registration fee for a child?

Your first payment at sign-up will also include an annual registration fee. (The registration fee is $30.00 per child ) You can pay by automatic debit from a checking/savings account or automatic debit from a credit/debit card. All payments will be debited/credited on the first of the month.

Is Pengu private or semi private?

Pengu offers private, semi-private, and group classes. The instructors have been great about working with my children where they are skill-wise, both swimming and socially. I appreciate the protocols Pengu put into place during the pandemic to keep the children (and parents) safe as well.

With providing your phone and or email, you can further choose how you want to be notified in those areas. ParentSquare allows you to set each modality as 1 of 3 options: Instant/Digest/Off.
