Patient Portal Our patient portals are a convenient way to securely view your personal health information and interact with Penn State Health. They play a key role in your heath care - providing a 24/7 connection to the information you need to make better decisions.
There are a variety of resources and services available for parents of Penn State students, including those that pertain to their student's official academic record if consent is granted by the student. An official transcript is the University's certified statement of a student's academic record.

The Guide provides valuable resource information for new and continuing Penn State parents with students attending University Park campus. It features academic, cocurricular, and student support services information as well as a checklist for new parents.

Because of limited funding, Penn State cannot meet the full demonstrated financial need of all students.
The Class Search feature is used to search for classes scheduled within a specific term.
Delegated Access provides parents, guardians, or other individuals access to view specific student data in LionPATH.
Authorized Payer Access provides parents, guardians, or other individuals access to view and make payments on a student’s account, enroll in the Installment Payment Plan, and access IRS Form 1098-T.
A patient will use this portal, if you have been hospitalized at Hampden Medical Center, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center or St. Joseph Medical Center. Most patients who attend a Penn State Health Medical Group in Dauphin and Cumberland counties will use this portal. Please call your outpatient clinic to verify.
Patients of Holy Spirit Medical Center, or any of their outpatient clinics, will use MyChart as their patient portal. View participating clinics.
Patients who live in Berks County, and who have attended a Penn State Health outpatient clinic in this area, will use this portal. View participating clinics.
Patients of Andrews Patel will use Care Space as their patient portal.
Patients of All About Children will use Your Health File as their patient portal.
Patients of Berks Cardiology will use Follow My Health as their patient portal.
Patients of Penn State Health Medical Group – Pulmonary (PCCMA) will use healow as their patient portal.
On the child's 18th birthday , parental or guardian access to online medical records will be terminated. The child will be able to initiate their own account for access to their electronic health record during their next office visit. Federal HIPAA law requires privacy of health records at age 18.
As always, parents and guardians can contact their family physician to discuss their child's medical situation, and can contact Penn State Hershey Medical Records office to obtain paper copies of medical records by providing proper identification.
Paper statements will NOT be mailed. The Student Account Statement includes the amount due for courses enrolled, fees, as well as anticipated aid (grants, accepted loans, or other financial assistance) that is available at the time the statement is prepared. To pay your statement:
