What is the parent portal and how do I create one?

The Parent Portal will be the only place to check your student's SBAC test scores, apply for an Intra-District Transfer, update your Emergency Contact Information, register any new student (s) to WPUSD, and much more. To create your Parent Portal account, please follow the steps below.

Completed enrollment packets should be emailed to apierson@loomisk8.org or mailed to 3290 Humphrey Road, Loomis CA 95650 for processing by our district office. Questions can be directed to (916) 652-1800

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT FOR MY TRAFFIC PAYMENT?

There is no account required to complete a traffic payment. You can access the Traffic Online Payment System by clicking here: https://webportal.placerco.org/eCourtPublic/?q=WebPayment.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO SEARCH FOR CASE INFORMATION?

To search for public case information there is no account required. You can search for a case on the portal by clicking here: https://webportal.placerco.org/eCourtPublic/?q=node/48 .

HOW DO I FIND MY CASE?

Portal searches require a filing date/date range and either a case number or party/company name.

WHAT DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT FOR?

An account is needed for parties to have access to electronic case files and documents in most case types, as governed by California Rules of Court rule 2.503.

HOW DO I REQUEST CASE ACCESS?

Case access is only granted to individuals that are either an attorney of record or an active party on the case.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?

Once you’ve created an account you will receive an account activation email.

HOW DO I VIEW CASES I HAVE BEEN GRANTED ACCESS TO?

To view cases that you have been granted an access token to you must be logged into your portal account. Within your portal account you will see the My Existing Cases tab. Click the tab and you will see all cases that you have been granted access to. Here you can view the case summary and available documents on the case.
