Since communication is one of the keys to student success, Cazenovia Central School District has instituted the use of the PowerSchool Student Information System. This web-based program includes a Parent Portal allowing parents secure access to their children’s grades, attendance and other school information.
Below is CCSD's district code for PowerSchool. On the Sign In screen, enter your PowerSchool Parent Portal username and password, and then tap Go. Call your child's school for more assistance.
Welcome to Students & Parents! Only 1 Parent/Guardian Allowed (Guardians who are not the birth parents will need to provide legal documents.) PowerSchool Mobile can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store: Note: You can also open the App Store app on your iOS device and search for “PowerSchool”.
The PowerSchool Mobile app walks you through the process. The district code is a four-digit code that you enter on the sign in screen. This connects the app to the PowerSchool SIS at your school district. You will then enter your username and password to sign in to PowerSchool.
Each parent only requires one account, and this same account can and should be utilized for accessing all of their children. Information on creating an account as well as the specific information needed to connect that account to your child/children is available from the school office.
This year, the process will allow parents/guardians to update their student’s information in PowerSchool, a system they are already familiar with. New this time around is the Ecollect system, a Parent Portal that will allow sharing forms with parents, including registering a returning student.
There is no cost for the student. ENGAGE New Mexico is completely free to students.
For many students, going from a traditional classroom to learning from home can be a real challenge. New Mexico’s Public Education Department has partnered with Graduation Alliance to provide an extra layer of support for students and families who might be struggling with these changes. Students who choose to participate in the program will get an academic coach to work with them to answer questions, connect them with resources, and develop a plan to get on track and finish the school year strong.
