For New D300 Parents with their First Child Entering a District 300 School in August 2021: Contact your school’s main office and indicate that you are looking to activate your PowerSchool SIS account. Can Parents Access the PowerSchool SIS through a Mobile App?: Not at this time.
Students access PowerSchool through the same log-in link shared below. Students use their own district ID and password to access this account. If you have questions or need assistance with access, please contact your child's school office, or email powerschool@wcusd200.org .
PowerSchool SIS is the platform parents can use to view attendance, report cards, transportation (including bus number, route number, pickup/dropoff times, and location), student ID information, middle school team information, and student locker information for secondary students. How Does a Parent Login to PowerSchool SIS?
The PowerSchool Teacher portal gives teachers access to their student demographic information, attendance and gradebook.
All Central and Campus based employees with an active profile within the PowerSchool Student Information System will log in using the Admin portal. Role based user management allows specific student data and pages to be viewed by approved users only. To request access to the PowerSchool SIS, submit an account request using RemedyForce.
Campus Teacher Substitutes can log into the Substitutes portal to enter daily student attendance. The portal will allow users to select their assigned school and the teacher of record they are subing for. Please be reminded that the campus office manger will need to provide you with a unique password on a daily basis.
