Uninstall the app and then restart your phone. Re-install the app by downloading the app from the App Store/Google Play Store. Once the app is installed open the app and it should land in the page which asks for the District Code.

If you forgot your Password, PowerSchool will send an email to you with a temporary password. Use that temporary password to log into PowerSchool. PowerSchool will immediately ask you to change your password to whatever you'd like it to be. After that, you will use your own Password to log into PowerSchool.
