How do I set up the parent portal?

All parents have access to Parent Portal to view your child’s attendance history, schedule, grades, manage notifications, and allow you to edit directory information such as email addresses. In order to set up your account and access the Parent Portal for the first time, you will need the Parent Portal letter from your child's school.

How do I update the contact information on Parent Portal?

Go to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store to download. Parents have the ability to log into their Parent Portal account and click the Year Round Update link to review and make changes to their contact information. If you don’t already have a ParentPortal account you will have to create one.

What is the email address for the student portal?

The email address is studentnumber@edtools.psd401.net (example: 1234567@edtools.psd401.net). Students can access this account within the Student Portal by clicking on Google > Google Mail . Google Drive: All students have access to G Suite for Education tools including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and more.

Parent Portal, a web portal that allows you to see your child's attendance and grades. Rather than logging in as your child, it is important for each parent to create their own account. The first thing that you'll need is the Parent Portal letter for your child's school. Once you have that, you'll be able to create a Parent Portal account.

Adding Additional Students in Parent Portal

It is imperative that your child's school has the most up-to-date information regarding your contact information and information pertaining to your child. Downloading the PowerSchool App

PowerSchool has an app available for download to your mobile device. The app gives quick access to grades, attendance, etc. The video below walks you through the process of downloading and signing in to the PowerSchool app.
