When can parents access the RHS Parent Portal?

Parents will be able to access the RHS Parent Portal in January 2019. The School uses an email-based communication system called RHS POST. The system enables us to communicate quickly and efficiently via email and, in emergency, by text message.

How does the Royal Hospital School use my school portal?

The Royal Hospital School uses My School Portal to provide a one-stop dashboard and single sign on to access emails, sports fixtures and results, news, videos and picture galleries, pupil information, a parent directory and links to other relevant documents and policies. The School uses an email-based communication system called RHS POST.

What information is available in the parent portal?

Parents and caregivers are also able to view the school's daily notices, the school calendar, their child's contact details and download PDF copies of their child's reports. The Portal is also used for online course selection in early Term 3 of each year.

What is the Student&Parent Portal?

Rangiora High School's online Student & Parent Portal enables parents and caregivers to login and view live data on their child's attendance, timetable, results, groups or teams, and fees (paid and owed).

RHS POST

The School uses an email-based communication system called RHS POST. The system enables us to communicate quickly and efficiently via email and, in emergency, by text message. All messages are stored in an online ‘mailbox’ enabling parents to go back to past messages where necessary.

Parent Portal

Once logged in to My School Portal you are able to access your child’s assessments, reports, discipline record, and timetable. Parents are also able to check and update personal details as and when necessary.
