This information is intended for the use of the student and the student’s parent (s) or legal guardian (s) only.

The Focus Parent Portal is a tool designed to enhance communication and involvement for you in your child's education. This portal will allow you to monitor your child's progress in school by providing timely access to both assignments and grades that are entered by the teacher throughout the grading period.

When will my RISD website be affected by maintenance?

RISD’s network will undergo maintenance on Sunday, August 29 at 9:00 a.m. The impact to RISD websites is expected to be limited. Richardson ISD: Where ALL students connect, learn, grow and succeed. The RMSIP provides motivated high school students with meaningful, eight-week paid internships.

RISD CE’s Student Portal in our course registration system offers secure and reliable access to grades, transcripts, student information and certificate progress. Please visit our Registration Help and FAQs if you have any questions or run into issues logging in.

Instructor (Faculty) Portal Login

RISD CE’s Instructor (Faculty) Portal in our course registration system offers secure and reliable access to class rosters and final grade submissions, as well as the ability to send email communications to your students and view announcements from RISD Continuing Education. Use your active directory credentials to log in.

Canvas Student Login

RISD CE students will create an account in our Learning Management System (LMS) in Canvas to access necessary course materials. See Canvas Support details for additional information.

Canvas Faculty Login

RISD CE faculty are assigned a RISD account to access RISD Google Apps, Workday, Canvas, and other services. CE faculty should contact the IT Service Desk with any account/access related issues.
