In compliance with FERPA, The Federal Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 as amended, Santa Clara University (SCU) is prohibited from providing a student's financial and non-directory academic information to any third party including parents, spouse, guardian, etc., without the student's authorization.
Santa Clara University Tax ID: 94-1156617 Some 529 plans and college savings plans will require proof of enrollment and/or a billing statement. Proof of enrollment is provided by the Enrollment Services Center.
For international payments, parents may use Flywire to wire money to Santa Clara University directly. SCU offers an in-term payment plan option for an additional fee of $40 for each term you enroll in the payment plan.

Parent/Guardian name may be used when printing report cards or other correspondence. Residence and Mailing address changes will require verification. Primary phone numbers will be used by the school and district to contact families. Update birth city, state, and country as needed.
Between July 19 and July 31, 2021, all enrolled families must use the Aeries Parent Portal to complete the Annual Student Information Update (ASIU) which allows families to update emergency contacts, medical information and electronically sign yearly consent forms.
Your SCU Username is your access the network and other applications, including Gmail, Google Apps, Camino, and wireless access. It is generally initials and surname, e.g. bbronco for Bucky Bronco.
Portal main screen. The main screen of the Portal shows a collection of tiles that you have access to. Clicking or tapping on a tile will take you to that app, without you needing to log in again. If viewed in a mobile device, the tiles will be displayed with a square or circle icon.
Logging out of the MySCU Portal does not log you out of your apps. You need to log out of your apps separately.
