Where is audit trail on parent portal?

You can view the audit trail for your user account at any time by clicking on the View Access Log link on the left-hand side of the Parent Portal screen. In addition, the district's administrator may force users to reset their passwords from time to time.

How long is a campus portal password?

Campus Portal users are forced to use strong passwords. This requires a password that is at least eight characters long, is case sensitive, and is made up of a combination of characters, numbers, and symbols. For more information about strong passwords, click:

Does attendance data update in real time?

Information is updated in real time. Attendance data takes time to reconcile and therefore may not accurately reflect the correct status of the absence. For example, a parent may have sent a note stating the reason for the absence, but the attendance clerk has not yet updated that information in the system. Go to Top.

Can a parent have a separate account on campus?

Only parents and guardians designated with legal rights to student records may receive a Campus Portal account. Each parent/guardian with such rights receives their own separate account. Accounts are NOT shared among more than one parent/guardian within households, i.e., there are no "household" accounts in the Portal.

How long does it take to get a campus parent activation key?

Once you have accepted the agreement, you will receive your Campus Parent activation key via email within 3 - 5 school days. If you have received your Campus Parent Activation Key, but you have not yet used it to set up your login and password, click here: Activation Key.

Edgewood First Graders learning about endangered and vulnerable species are meeting with keepers from the Cincinnati Zoo to learn about Fiona the Hippo. After reading fiction and non-fiction books about Fiona, students prepared questions to ask during their visit.
