SCS will begin the school year with in-person classes. Based on current local health data, the mandates of the Ministry of Education for the new school year, and the recommendations of international health organizations (such as the CDC, WHO, and APA), all classes will be held in person.
- The registration process requires the student's N number. NOT the student's PIN number. When entering the student's N number, do not enter the N or leading zero's. For instructions on registering as a new user on the Family Access portal (click here). For further information, contact your child's school.
For payroll questions, call 901-416-5402 or send an email to PayrollQuestions@scsk12.org.
- If you are a returning parent/guardian/student and had portal access last year, please try to sign in using your user name and password from last year. - If you are a parent/guardian and already have a sign on to Family Access and need to add a second student - sign into Family Access using your existing user name and password.
Parents, please see the information below regarding enrollment for the 2022-2023 school year. The requirements for enrollment are very similar to previous years. The major difference is that we will be using the FACTS Parent Portal to update demographic and tuition preferences.
School photos will take place the week of October 4-8. Schedules will be provided to students prior to their photograph date. A link to the photo packages is available here . You may submit the form along with payment to the SCS cashier.
SCS invites you to attend a Parent Open House on Thursday, September 16 from 5:00-6:30PM. Teachers will be available in their classrooms to meet and greet parents.
We are excited that school will be starting in just two weeks! Below you will find important information about the start of school. Please read all of the information below about the start of the school year carefully.
