How do I Register my child on the family access portal?

- The registration process requires the student's N number. NOT the student's PIN number. When entering the student's N number, do not enter the N or leading zero's. For instructions on registering as a new user on the Family Access portal (click here). For further information, contact your child's school.

- If you are a returning parent/guardian/student and had portal access last year, please try to sign in using your user name and password from last year. - If you are a parent/guardian and already have a sign on to Family Access and need to add a second student - sign into Family Access using your existing user name and password.

Is bullying tolerated at SHGC?

Bullying is deliberate, involves a power imbalance, has an element of repetition and is harmful. Bullying, in any form, is not tolerated at SHGC. All instances of bullying (alleged or observed) will be taken seriously and followed up. If you are a victim of bullying or a bystander to bullying, you should report it immediately to a staff member.

Can a caregiver drive into a school?

Caregivers should not drive into the school grounds to drop off or pick up their daughters as this poses a significant safety hazard. Please ensure that you respect the parking warnings on Pukaka Street. There are three visitor car-parks located outside the main building.

The eSchool mobile app gives you the same access to the parent portal, but through an app, which makes accessing your child's information easier from mobile devices.
