Where to get parent permission for Shoal River?

Students must have a Parent Permission Form and a School Physical on file in the office in order to tryout for sports teams at Shoal River. You can download the forms from the website to fill out, or you can pick them up from the Attendance Office. Forms need to be returned to the Attendance Office.

E-mail Notification is also Available: A feature within the Parent Portal allows parents to keep track of their child's grades by email notification. Simply sign up for the e-mail notification after you log in to the Parent Portal. After receiving a verification email, you can download the Parent Email Authorization Form, sign it and return it to SRMS Guidance to complete the registration process. The app is available for Android or Apple products. Search iOCSD in the App Store or click the link to download the Apple App or Android App.

Where is my student ID number?

Your student's id number is printed on report cards, schedules, FIC update sheets, progress reports and other school documents. You can request that the school send the number home with the student. If you should have any questions concerning your student's grades, please contact your student's teacher.

Teen Night

This Friday, November 5 is teen night from 6-8 PM. This is open to all SRMS students. Admission is $5 and snacks and drinks will be sold. The gym will be open for free play and there will be music for dancing. This is a great time for our students to have free time at school to hang out and talk to their friends.

I have started my first full day today and cannot express how impressed I am already with the staff and the students of this school. In my twenty plus years of school administration, I have not seen a building with this standard of facilities.

Panda Express Spirit Fundraiser

Monday, January 17th from 10am-9pm Panda Express will be hosting our Spirit Fundraiser that is supporting our PBIS program. We will be receiving 20% of all orders that present the flier or use the online code.
