What is the Skyward family access portal?

Welcome to the Skyward Family Access portal. When you open a complimentary Skyward account, you open a window into your child’s campus life. Among its many features, this portal gives you access to your child’s grades and helps you make informed decisions about your child’s education.

How do I get access to the NEISD family portal?

If you have a student enrolled in NEISD then you already have a family access account. Look for your invitation to the portal in the coming days. Your invitation email will contain your account information and login information along with the link to the website.

What's new at NEISD?

Paperless report cards. Grade reporting is now paperless. This just doesn’t save trees, it saves you time with instant access to grades. Email Alerts. Get alerted for specific events for academics. If you have a student enrolled in NEISD then you already have a family access account.

Can the NEISD help desk help me find missing students?

The NEISD Help Desk does not have access to this information and can only refer you back to the campus. NOTE: The primary cause of missing students and/or multiple accounts is that students are registered under different primary accounts. (ex. John B. Doe is different from John Doe when it comes to the name of the account holder.)

How long does it take?

Register anytime online. You don’t have to fill out all the forms in one sitting. You can start, stop and restart filling out forms over a few days.

What information do I need?

You will need an email address to create a parent profile. If you don’t have one you can get a free email account from Microsoft or Google (just to name a few providers).
