Welcome to the Springfield College Parent Portal. This site allows parents and authorized guests to view and manage their student's Springfield College financial information:
To gain access to the portal, students must setup an account and grant the appropriate permissions for each authorized user. Students will also need to provide users with their Springfield College student ID number, to enable them to confirm their account and gain access to the portal.
The Parent Portal gives students the ability to provide authorized users access to the same information available in their “My Student Financial Portal”. When authorized by a student, the Parent Portal gives parents/guests the ability to view their student’s eBill, set-up payment plans, make payments online, check on financial aid status, and view student account details, holds, 1098-T information, and the student’s class schedule.
Financial Agreement. As students of Springfield College, you have certain financial obligations to the College based on your registration and College policies. While your obligations have not changed, the College is implementing a formal process for students to acknowledge and accept those obligations. This is considered to be a best practice in ...
Personal check, bank check, or money order (mail to: Springfield College, Attn: Business Office, 263 Alden St., Springfield, MA 01109) Please note checks sent by mail may take up to two weeks to receive, and to be posted to the student’s account. Please include the student’s name and ID number on the memo line to ensure the payment is posted to the correct account.
Students will need to e-sign the Financial Agreement in PrideNet. Access My Profile, then click on My Financial Obligation Agreement (on the left). If you are a new or transfer student starting in the spring or summer semester, the agreement will need to be e-signed prior to registering.
Authorization for parents and/or guests to access “My Parent Portal” must be granted by the student due to the protection of student rights under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). When authorizing a family member or guest, students select the information access they are granting to that individual.
The Agreement will be required to be eSigned prior to the pre-registration period for the upcoming academic year, typically early April. The Agreement covers the full academic year. Failure to eSign the agreement by the deadline will result in a hard hold being placed on the student. This hold will prevent the student from participating in pre-registration.
The deadline to apply for this tuition insurance is the day before the first day of classes each semester.
