Where can I get help with the pfs or SSS family portal?

If you have questions about the PFS or SSS Family Portal, our SSS Family Support Center can help. Assistance is available in English and Spanish.

How do students access SSS?

Students will use their district-issued user id and password to access SSS. All students who are currently enrolled in AISD are automatically setup for an SSS account. We recommend using the current version of the Google Chrome web browser with SSS.

How do I contact the SSS Family Support Center?

If you have questions as you complete your PFS or submit documents in the SSS Family Portal, please contact the SSS Family Support Center. Assistance is available in English as well as Spanish. Phone support is available 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST Monday- Friday If you are calling from outside of the United States or Canada, dial 952-967-9922.

About the methodology

As a service created by schools and for schools, SSS is strengthened by its collaboration with NAIS SSS maintains a collaboration with NAIS by using the NAIS needs assessment methodology within the SSS software platform to calculate the ability of families to pay tuition.

Advisory Task Force

NAIS relies upon the advice and guidance of a volunteer group of private school financial aid practitioners to shape the Methodology. This advisory group reflects and supports leadership to schools in developing sound financial aid policies and best practices.
