About Sunnyslope

Sunnyslope School serves over 800 prekindergarten through eighth grade children in the Sunnyslope and North Mountain neighborhoods. Sunnyslope provides students a rich curriculum aligned to Arizona College and Career Ready Standards.

What is the AEL and How Does It Impact WESD?

Public school districts will need to cut $1.2 billion from their budgets if the Arizona Legislature does not vote to override the spending limit by March 1.

WESD Seeks Input on ELA Curriculum Materials

WESD is in the process of reviewing and adopting English Language Arts (ELA) materials to support teachers with instruction in reading, writing, grammar, spelling, and vocabulary to enhance student achievement.

School begins at 9:05 am and dismissal is 3:40 pm. Late Start Wednesday begins September 15 with 9:50 am start time.

Registration opens April 16 for the 2021-22 school year

Roseburg Public Schools’ online registration will open April 16 for the 2021-22 school year.

Preschool Opportunity

Are you looking for a high quality preschool opportunity for your child? Roseburg Public Schools is now accepting applications for the 2021-2022 school year. We encourage all families residing within our district boundaries to apply. To be eligible your child must turn 4 on or before September 1, 2021.

Request for Nonresident Student Admission Interdistrict Transfer

Families wishing their child to attend Roseburg Public Schools are required to complete a Request for Nonresident Student Admission Interdistrict Transfer with Mutual Consent of Both Affected Districts form. As per school board Policy JECB: Request for Transfer of Resident Students and Admission of Non-resident Students.
