What happened to the SuperKids portal?

In summer 2022, online resources for The Superkids Reading Program, The Superkids Foundational Skills Kit, and Happily Ever After and user accounts are migrating from the Superkids Portal to MyZBPortal.com.

What if I have problems logging into SuperKids online fun?

If you have problems logging in after updating your e-mail address or password, contact your child's teacher. When does my account expire? Your account will expire at the beginning of the next school year. You will have access to the parent portal and Superkids Online Fun all summer long. What if I have children in more than one Superkids class?

How do I start SuperKids online fun for my child?

Log in to the parent portal to launch Superkids Online Fun for your child. Under the Superkids Online Fun logo in the sidebar, click the green button for the type of device you are using.

Why are my online resources moving to MyZBPortal.com?

Online resources for The Superkids Reading Program © 2017, The Superkids Reading Program © 2015, The Superkids Foundational Skills Kit, and Happily Ever After are moving to MyZBPortal.com because the technology of the old platform (the Superkids Portal) is outdated.

When is the migration taking place?

On June 17, 2022, your access to online resources in the Superkids Portal will end. This is a bit earlier than normal to allow for the best transition possible.

Who is impacted by the move?

Digital administrators, teachers, students, and parents/guardians will be impacted. All roles will start logging in to the MyZBPortal.com platform for the 2022–2023 school year.

Will the way I log in change?

After July 5, 2022, you will log in to your account at a different website: MyZBPortal.com. For security reasons, you will be asked to update your password the first time you sign in.

Will students access Superkids Online Fun in the same way?

After July 5, 2022, students will begin to log in to Superkids Online Fun with their own MyZBPortal.com username and password. Instead of picture passwords, students will use new, more secure alphanumeric passwords.

Does MyZBPortal.com offer single sign-on (SSO) authentication?

Yes, customers with a compatible learning management system (LMS) will be able to enjoy the convenience of SSO between their LMS and MyZBPortal.com. This integration uses the LTI 1.1 specification and can be set up by district IT staff. Zaner-Bloser also offers this integration as a fee-based service.

Will historical student assessment score and game data be available on the new platform?

No, because of architectural differences between the two platforms, historical data will not transfer. Any data you would like to save should be downloaded before June 17, 2022. (Not all products in the Superkids Portal have online assessments and/or games.)

Can you have more than one Superkids account?

If you have children in more than one Superkids classroom, you may view multiple classrooms through one parent account. The content that you see in some sections of the portal will apply to only one classroom. You will receive an e-mail message from Superkids Reading Program to let you know when an additional child has been added to your account.

Can I play Superkids on my iPad?

From an iPad or Android device: You must first install the free Superkids Online Fun app before you can launch it on an iPad or Android tablet. Search for “Superkids Online Fun” in the Apple App Store or the Google Play store to get the app. After installing the app, you will need to log in before your child can play.

Can you play Superkids Online Fun on an iPad?

For the best experience on an iPad or Android device, use no smaller than a 10-inch device. Superkids Online Fun isn’t playable through a browser on iPad or Android devices.

How to add a patient portal to your home screen?

First, click here for the link to Patient Portal. Apple – Tap on the “Share” button on the toolbar. Then tap the “Add to Home Screen” button where you can name it. Android – From the drop down menu located in the top right, choose “Add to Home Screen” where you can name it. The button will now appear on your home screen.
